What is a Receiving Fee?
Receiving fee is $25.00 first hr / $45.00 additional hr, you must follow our receiving manual
Can I provide my own custom packaging?
Absolutely! We know how important building your brand is and custom packaging is an amazing opportunity that can greatly enhance your customer’s perception of your product and brand. Custom boxes will be billed as a promotional insert for each order.
Can you handle fragile products? Does it cost extra?
We will examine your products and suggest custom packaging based on on your specific needs.
If you have pre-existing requirements, just let us know and well take care of those as well. We do charge an additional per item for bubble wrap or other fragile packaging.

What qualifies as a special project?
A special project is a non-standard task that can still include everything from kitting & assembly to labeling or, inventory reconciliation or inspection. All special projects should be submitted to your client care specialist, so they can define the scope and provide a quote for the Project prior to execution.
Do you have any minimum or maximum storage requirements?
Yes, we have a minimum for our customer to commit to their sales.
Do you accept returned Orders from my customers?
Yes, you can direct your customers to return orders back to our facility. This can be done with the packing slip that we put in each order, as well as in your company return policy. We will follow return instructions that will be discussed with your client care specialist during the setup process. This may include restocking undamaged merchandise as well as consolidating or discarding any damaged merchandise.
