Mitolux is a U.S.-based wellness technology brand founded by a group of Salvadoran biohackers determined to revolutionize natural health through light. Their flagship product, the Mitolux Sunlamp, combines UVB, Red, and NIR technology to stimulate natural vitamin D production, boost energy, enhance mood, and support cellular health. With a growing global following and testimonials from leading wellness experts, Mitolux was ready to scale. But they needed the right logistics partner to do it.
— Andy Ferreira COO of Mitolux
In 2022, the Mitolux team started shipping from El Salvador to U.S. customers. Each order cost them about $150 and took 7–10 days to arrive. Customer complaints were rising, and high shipping costs were eroding profits. They were only managing 30 orders per month and knew that if they wanted to grow, they needed a U.S.-based logistics partner to support Amazon FBA, D2C fulfillment, returns, and automated international order handling.
Super Kote 2000 was born in Colombia in 1994. Over the years, it established a strong presence across Latin America, supplying B2C and B2B customers with specialized lubricants, antifreeze coolants, fuel additives, and advanced metal treatments. In 2019, the company officially entered the U.S. market, bringing its legacy of innovation and performance with it.
Despite having a warehouse in Miami, Super Kote 2000’s U.S. operations were inefficient. Orders were fulfilled manually, inventory was tracked with spreadsheets, and each shipment required a trip to UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The company couldn’t integrate platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart. This limited their ability to scale — especially during high seasons when inventory mismanagement led to stockouts.
Before working with iLogistics USA, Super Kote 2000 handled its fulfillment manually from a local warehouse in Miami:
The solution came through a friend who mentioned the 3PL concept. After researching online, iLogistics USA appeared as the top result. They reached out to six providers, but iLogistics was the first to reply and the one that impressed them most.
“They weren’t the cheapest, but they were the most human and organized. We visited the warehouse and saw their process live. Orders were going out automatically while we were there. That’s when we knew — this is how fulfillment should work.”
Founded in Argentina, Lumpure Lighting is a B2B premium lighting brand focused on high-end LED fixtures with a contemporary design. Originally operating exclusively in Latin America, Lumpure made the bold decision to relocate to the U.S. during the pandemic. From the very beginning, the brand committed to quality, importing and designing pieces that blend luxury materials such as Spanish alabaster, brushed gold aluminum, and matte black finishes.
Today, Lumpure distributes its products across the United States through a robust B2B network, with top-tier distributors including Lumens, 1 Stop Lighting, WeGotLites, and Amazon. The company now handles over 20 distributor accounts, processes more than 20 orders per day, and is preparing to enter the B2C market.
In 2022, Alejandra Jaramillo, a renowned Ecuadorian influencer, brought her thriving keto wellness brand to the United States, looking to scale her D2C brand. Together with her team and investors, they began fulfilling orders by hand from a garage. It was a labor of love—but also a massive operational challenge.
Despite a loyal customer base and rising demand, Ale and her team were burning out. Long nights of packing, labeling, and shipping kept them from focusing on what truly moved the needle: content, community, and scaling the brand.
Ale recalls. That’s when they discovered iLogistics USA, an ecommerce fulfillment center based in Miami to scale dc2 brands.

In 2014, after two decades in food and candy distribution, Abraham Gilinski founded Raindrops Enterprises, LLC. His goal was clear: create memorable, high-quality gummies that spark fun and conversation while dominating shelves nationwide. From mini gummy hamburgers and pizzas to makeup kits and tacos made entirely of candy, Raindrops quickly found a home in stores that value novelty and consumer delight. But the challenge of scaling B2B brands was always there.
